You know what you don't like.

The avocados are packed in a fine wood shaving. All of our avocados are hand picked, hand selected, hand packed, and shipped the same day. 

This is for the connoisseur avocado fans that want a mix of the best avocado flavors at any time of year.

Example 1 (December is typically Hass, Fuerte and Bacon Avocados)

Example 2 (March is typically Hass, Fuerte, GEM, and Carmen Hass)

Example 3 (June is typically Hass, Lamb Hass, and GEM)

Example 4 (August is typically Reed, Nabal and Mexicola)

There are lots of other varieties in the mix like Santana, Holiday, Zutano, Edranol, Sir Prize, Pinkerton, Topa Topa, Daily, Queen, Gwen and Mexicola Grande but those sell out fast with small availability.

Fun FACT : It takes 8 years to get trees large enough to add the variety offering to the store.  I ordered trees in 2024 that arrived in July 2026.  They are planted in 2026 but won't have enough fruit until 2032 for me to add them to the mix.
