This robust oil opens with vibrant herbaceous notes - fresh-cut grass, green banana, hints of mint and green tea - before finishing with a peppery kick that lingers on the palate.
The Criolla variety is prized for its naturally high polyphenol content, which gives the oil both its bold flavor and potent antioxidant properties. Our lot tested at a remarkably low free fatty acid level, a hallmark of careful handling from grove to bottle.
