Unlike the rich, nutty notes of a Hass avocado, the Bacon variety features a mild, neutral, and slightly sweet flavor profile. It's a lighter, fresher taste that some describe as having subtle fruity or pine-nut undertones, perfect for those who prefer their avocado with a gentle touch.

All avocados are picked to order and delivered fresh from the farm. Once arriving at their destination, they will ripen when stored between 60-70 degrees. Ripe avocados can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
